Fresher Rep's Report

Read through a lot UCC web pages.
Read some Wiki pages.
Read docs including 2024 Fresher Guide,the constitution and some past minutes etc.

Need to resign tenancy agreement form.

The subcom has approved the budget so now we need to approve it.

3D Printer Workshop

Went well.
Mostly UCC people.
[GPO] is happy to do it again. It's pretty solid.

Club Carnival

Need to figure out when it is, next week

- Where we are we won't have access to power.

Charity Vigil

[BLU] is happy to loan their switch for people to play on for 1 or 2 hours.
We need committee or door to be on door throughout the night. [BLU] will send out a schedule tonight.

Venue is sorted.
Nothing more to do for UniLAN.

Project Night

[GPO] is making poster and EMP.
[KKZ] will make recurring discord event.

Tech Talks

[GPO] and [DOC] will talk to people.
[KKZ] talked to CFC about advertising the git tech talk.

Need to figure out the time and day for next half of the sem.

Club Collaboration

Talk to Esports about advertsing Charity Vigil.
- [GPO] can't see a way for them to advertise without being involved.
- Can put a poster on their door/pinboard outside their door.
