  • will talk about feedback form tomorrow at their meeeting so make sure you complete it today!!!

  • We kind of ran an informal LAN on saturday and then didn't run one on sunday

    • we need to run things when we say them next time
    • delegate the tasks and make sure that people run stuff

  • VR was a hit as always

  • People did use the switch doc but we didn't play any fun LAN games together </3

  • we do have wifi now, so people can feel free to download games and such

  • Layout of camp seemed fine (the tables)

UniLAN

    • we could do a quiz night together (tech clubs quiz night)

    • either it will be like ICONS (just pres and vp or something)

    • but we need to enforce that if people are no longer on committees, they leave and new committees should join.

50th anniversary

  • we havent had a meeting in forver

  • will consider what to do with people on subcom after the committee handover

  • decide what the current subcom should do

    • figure out a timeline and venue
      • have planning done beforehand
    • new subcom can just do stuff if they agree with what was decided

  • ther will be a dinner in the 2nd sem

  • subcommittee decide on a date and it will be set in stone if committee agrees on it

  • Venue needs to book it now or in January/Feb

  • thinking about 21st of September (date constitution was adopted and is a Saturday)

  • meeting will likely be on a Sunday
