Servers

Network

  • Got new fan modules for purple switches.

    • Have been tested and they work.

  • UWAIT says packet loss has been fixed.

    • Some preliminary tests have confirmed it.
    • Probably not permanent and may need to ask them to fix it again.
    • Is planned to be fixed permanently at some point.

Desktops

  • Haven't installed new stuff into Venice (Mac Pro).

Miscellaneous

  • Will do more testing on floor PC.

    • Probably will end up selling it if we cant get it to work.
    • Needs to be moved by next year.

  • Pirhana has been some stability issues.

    • Crashes and freezes and needs to be hard reset.
    • Sometimes happening multiple times a day.
    • Someone will have a look at it.

New Equipment
