    • Use Goodreads ISBN scanner, add all scanned books to a shelf, export shelf data to spreadsheet or other desired format.

Treasurer's Report

  • UnCharity Vigil
    • Yet to count the money made.
    • Need to get confirmed numbers.

OCM Reports

  • - Attended and assisted in the running of Charity Vigil.

    • Got confirmation from UWAnime, UCCanime is on for Relay For Life.

    • Sourced a cool new case for a PC. (Corsair 900D)

  • [BRZ] will contact UWAnime about teaming up for Relay For Life.

Machine Technical Reports

Servers

  • Molmol still dying.

    • Need to get drives.
    • Getting Corsair MX 500 - fill up to 4TB.
      • Will get other cheaper drives for the rest.
    • Will open up tonight to look for free PCI slot/replace RAM.
    • Change out for 10gig ethernet.
    • Stick fibre card into one of the VM hosts.

  • Motsugo is too.

    • Change drive.

Network

  • UWA still buffering network (?)
    • It makes the gamers unhappy :,(

Desktops

  • Carpsucker or Pirhhana(?) moved to new case.

    • Move other one into case donated by [NIX].
      • Keep [NIX] case for testbench.

  • SPG money for new desktops ? Or server infrastructure.

    • Keep an eye out for second hand RTX cards.

  • Look for sponsorships for upgrades for servers / other equipment.

    • Counts as a charitable donation (tax writeoff $$$)

  • Look for new keyboards and mouses (from sponsorships or to buy).

    • JB Hi-Fi sometimes has good deals.
    • Check for EOFY sale.
    • Check Officeworks?

Misc.

  • New mousepads.
    • Need more specifications.
      • No deskmats.
      • Large enough for gaming.

      • Ideally some sort of UCC branding.
    • At least 10, try and bulk buy.
    • Look into hard mousepads for 50th anniversary.

    • Need to buy lots more RRD.

Charity Vigil

  • [I2N] moves to approve Charity Vigil budget.

    • [BRD] seconds.

  • Will count money made.

  • Had a good turnout.

  • Rules in terms of paying were more lenient, but raised more money.

  • Didn't stick to schedule too strictly but worked out pretty well.

  • Include VR in the future?

    • Use headset without loads of cables.
    • Interactive party games.

  • Square reader was used, but has transaction fee.

  • All loaned equipment came back clean and undamaged.

Artemis LAN

  • Advertising has been sent out.

  • [BRD] and [BLU] will set up.

  • Loft is booked, EMP done.

  • Might be good to buy a few more bridge licenses for Artemis.

  • [KKZ] will do advertising on Instagram.
