  • Have a stall number and vague location.

  • Can we actually bring down our own generator?

    • If so, [BLU] will need help transporting it to James oval at 11am.
    • And someone will need to bring it back to store in the machine room where [BLU] can pick it up on Friday.
      • [GPO] will deal with the generator once [BLU] is away

  • after the meeting, committee will check out the buildings close to the stall location for power

    • we would need covers for the cable so it isnt a tripping hazard
