- Fresher mentioned webcams being slightly creepy.
  - Make member access only? (Probably not, but worth discussion).
    - [CHS]: Considering that multiple clubs use our cams, its not really
      reasonable to restrict access to UCC members only
    - [LDT]: Have there been any specific incidents (of stalking or similar)?
    - [CHS]: The official reason that we have the webcams is for security,
      which means we technically could restrict it to door/committee/wheel
      - But unofficially people use the webcams for or sorts of reasons, it
        would suck to restrict access
    - [LDT]: Prevents sex in the clubroom
      - Conversation about unisfa
    - [BIG]: Probably just put a sign on the door or Cerberus that informs
      people that they will be watched and monitored

- Uncharity Vigil
  - Saturday, 3rd of February
  - [DAS] has done a poster for Uncharity - it looks neato
    - They're not around yet but they do look good
  - No Facebook event yet either
  - All organisation has been over a Facebook chat
    - Majority of discussion has been about advertising, we have been
      advertised by the subcommittee to run VR and a Live-Stream
    - Cool
    - [DIE] is happy to sacrifice his dignity for charity
  - Uncharity Space requirments
    - We don't need tables
      - But we do need VR space and the railing space for projector games
  - Artemis won't be done at Uncharity because of tables
    - May be later in the future

- Another 3D printing event
  - [LDT] to look into a date

- [ODF] Tech Talk on Web Design
  - Feb 12th
    - Satisfies all of [ODF]s requirements for a talk, but technically isn't
      confirmed yet

- [CHS] to send email to door about bins, it seems the reason why they    
  aren't being taken out was because of misinformation, not unwillingness
