President's Report 
Bought some drinks and snacks (skittles) 
Email from Mark Tennant re: base station networks (like wifi but with wider range but lower capacity). It’s basically going to happen, email was putting out feelers for students to get involved. Send info out via email and FB to let members know. Info session in september. 
Sent Blair Young an email re: camp payment, has been repaid

Secretary's Report 
It’s been a week since I sent a reply to the person inquiring about the broken link on one of the pages owned by a member. Member has activity logs from 1996 so finding them seems like a task and a half. 
Study sessions consultation has been going pretty well. Given the very positive response from members. I’ve put up a poll to find a study session time that works best for interested members. Event is up for this Wednesday 2pm - 6pm.

I still need to talk to people to discuss the logistics of a keyboard cleaning event
