##President's Report

- The King is Dead, Long Live the King

##Education Report
- [AMS] to assist [LDA] with upcoming ed event ("prog for scrubs")
- Our printer may have arrived, probably working during study break
  - Possibly an upcoming event

##Social Report
- [CHS] to cover League event
- LAN still in the making
  - "didn't study LAN"

##Treasurer's Report

- Did a snack run
- Purchased mice and speakers
- Purchased a drive for Mollitz

- Wrote the minutes for the OGM 
- A bunch of promotional swag from Riot Games is in the club room

##Fresher Rep's Report
- Communication mix up for event dates
- Won't have enough time for simultaneous events
- Will run the event on Friday afternoon before the Pizza night
  - People will be kicked off computers

##Machine Technical Reports

- Schedued power out last Monday, all sorted now
  - Thanks to [TPG] and [*OX]

- Instances of network connectivity issues
  - To be looked investigated

###Desktops
- General reminder, don't unplug things from computers
  - If you do, make sure you plug it back in
    - Doorings will follow warnings
    - Email will be sent
  - More network cables to become available
  - Wifi stability to be investigated

##New equipment
- 3 new mice
  - Logitech 402s
- 3 new sets of speakers
  - Same gGgabyte speakers that we have on the other computers
- 2GB WD red for Mollitz

  - Committee wants a draft done of a wheel policy before the next wheel
    meeting

- Reassignment of clubroom keys
  - Can't get more keys because Guild is unwilling to give out more Cameron
    Hall keys
  - Key should be given to someone that either opens
  - To be discussed with keyholders

- Coffee table falling apart
  - [AMS] and [BG3] to resolve, by repurposing pallets
