##President's Report
- Final meeting, woo, so excite ^-^
- Probably no action items left!
- Happy Birthday me

##Education Report
- Tech talk on Friday was awesome
  - Thanks to [BOB], he did a really good job
    - But attendance was really poor :(
      - Needs more adequete advertising
      - Other Cameron Hall events may have drawn away people
        - Perhaps coordinate with other clubs?

##Social Report
- Spooky movies at the next Pizza night
  - October 30th, it's pretty much Halloween
- LAN upcoming post exams

##Treasurer's Report
- Komputer Klub's Kapital 
  - $90 on card
  - $4350 in Westpac
  - $1544 in Guild
- Phone bills Guild were harrassing us about were already paid
- 3D Printer arrived in Melbourne as of 3 days ago

##Secretary's Report
- Talked Riot Games OCE
  - Recieving a whole bunch of promotional swagger
    - Be at the League Finals screening in the clubroom to recieve swag
      - October 31st 6:30 PM

  - [TJB] is handling the next pizza night
  - Perhaps a tournament for the death of Grim Patron Warrior
    - (Hearthstone)

##Machine Technical Reports
###Servers
- Heathred having issues
  - On Friday we were having minor issues with the UPS
  - Heathred was on when the UPS was being drained
  - BIOS was reset and everything is OK now
- Tonight from 6:30 all servers will be off for electrical maitenance
  - Will be turned back on tomorrow morning when someone gets in

###Network
- It's been stable for quite a while

###Desktops
- Keyboards were sorted last week
- Combtail is having network problems
  - Keep an eye on and see if it continues to be a problem
- Don't install games to the C:/ drive WinAdmins

##New equipment
- USB sound card for robotnew
- SD card for main disk for robotnew

##Drinks and Snacks
- Lot's of coke, solo and lemonade, we need everything else
- Snack run needs to be done, probably Wednesday

- [GOZ] went to SOC meeting
  - AGMs and form submissions are all online mostly
  - Semester 2 grants due Friday, [JDN] to do
  - SOC president thanked his committe
    - Mostly the beautiful man [SAS]
      - Committee congratualates [SAS} for getting a prize
  - [GOZ] voted for/against some new clubs

- Spoken with incoming prez for CSSC, wants to collab next year

##General Business
- Locking of account [bearblaster] by [BOB] last Monday
  - Due to a bunch of rubbish left next to one of the computers
  - Locked without warning by [BOB]
  - However apparently he has done this in the past
    - The past was 2 years ago
  - Standard proccess is warning followed by dooring
  - 3 issues
    - 1. Proper procedure wasn't followed for door members
      - [BOB] acted in accordance with locking account policy, which door
        members don't have the power/authority to do
      - Account locking was with good intentions
      - Door members can ask wheel members to lock accounts, which [BOB] is
        both of
    - 2. Validity of account locking
      - However account locking without warning was excessive punishment for
        the amount of rubbish left in the clubroom
      - Account locking policy is from 2009, needs to be rewritten
      - Locking account effectively reduces a member to a non-member
        - Shouldn't be taken lightly
    - 3. [BOB] swore in formal-ish emails
      - Not really too big of an issue
  - Committee is happy for [bearblaster]'s account to be unlocked
    - Events that have taken place are considered to be an official warning
  - Some of committee feels [BOB] has overstepped his boundaries as a door
    member
    - Boundaries being general niceness to other members and more    
    - Especially considering he was warned at the start of this year
  - Committee wants to have a discussion with [BOB]
  - Committee wants policies rewritten, especially the locking guideline
  - Committee wants a discussion between wheel and committee
  - Committee wants a draft done of a wheel policy before the next committe
    meeting
  - To be looked at with the new committee next meeting with the new committe
