President's Report
------------------
- GigaLAN was last weekend
  - Thank you [SZM], [TPG], [BOB], [MRD], everybody!
  - Not sure if we made a profit/loss
- Spoken to UESC people
- Finances are still a bit in a mess, Mister Anderson
  - Thank you [TPG]

Vice-President's Report

- Thanks to anyone involved with the GigaLAN
  - In particular thanks to [MRD] for being awesome
- This Saturday is the network setup day for the Camp
  - Wheel and anybody who cares are encouraged to turn up

Treasurer's Report

- $5,253.68  in Westpac Everyday
- $1779.52 in Reserve
- $226.04 in Mastercard
- Term Deposit is as usual

Secretary's Report
------------------
- Camp is on uni events
  - Maybe, I might've forgotten to publish or something
- Pizza guys were good

Fresher Rep's Report

- We are absolutely sure of the Fresher's velocity
  - So we have no idea where they are
- Will soon be at Unihall

- Not broken after during GigaLAN

- Survived the entire LAN, wowee
- Unisfa still want wireless
  - [BG3] might get on that 
  - Ubiquity, node inside Unisfa, or other

- Catfish and Characid had some problems after move
  - Both working now
New equipment
- [RNZ] gave us an SSD for heathred
- Still have some leftover prizes
  - The Nerdy and Proud ones are to be [BG3]'s problem

General Business

[SAS] : UWA Open Day
  - Set up a stall, with a few people, maybe a banner
  - [SAS] is speaking to ECM for the open day
  - Some time in August

[SAS] : CoderDojo WA
  - Invited by Cameron Fitzgerald
  - Getting a bunch of mentors to teach high school students how to code
  - [SAS] has invited at least him or the committee to help with organisation
  - [SAS] opens to anyone who wants to mentor
   - [SZM] volunteers
   - Other people want information
    - Languages, age, etc.
  - [SAS] will get more information

[SAS] : Student Leadership Training
  - Compulsory for all clubs
   - One exec needs to attend
   - [SZM] volunteers his poor, woeful soul
   - 23rd and 25th of July, have to attend both
   - They give you an RSA (we think)

[SAS] : Engineering Week
  - Week 3 or 4, not sure
  - Should get a stall
   - [*OX]: This could be a trial run for the stall we put up at the linux
     conference
  - [SAS] to send an email to tech@

[SAS] : Camp
  - [BOB] is organising food (meat)
  - Internet is being organised this weekend
  - People want bean-bags
   - Will kindly ask Unisfa
    - To the Council of Elrond

[*OX] : Keyboard legs
  - [*OX] has replaced the legs on the keyboard he broke

[*OX] : MicroUSB cables
  - People always come in wanting microUSB cables
   - [*OX]: Give me $50 to buy more for the club
  - [SAS]: [BG3] was meant to organise a bulkbuy

  - [SZM] moves that we budget $50 for the purchase of 5 microUSB cables,
    [SAS] seconds
   - Motion passes, 4:0
   - [*OX] to buy the microUSB cables

[*OX] : Misc. stuff for the Raspberry Pi
  - I want money to buy stuff for its development, like $15
  - [GOZ]: How about you go out and buy it, and we'll reimburse it,
    gentleman's agreement
