President's Report
------------------
 - Artemis LAN was awesome.
 - Exams over, probably passed.
 - Bug berating occurred.

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
 - Exams over, not quite so confident.
 - Artemis LAN was awesome, although a little buggy. D3D errors frequent.
 - Stuff is happening.

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - We have Money
   - $1069.08 in Guild
   - $2044.24 in Westpac
   - $183.00 in Safe
 - Started to pay Dylan back for Medico
   - So far reimbursed $963.60 for Motherboard, RAM
 - No grants yet.
 - Artemis LAN money still needs to be spent on licenses.

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - No mail received.
 - Medico has started to be broken already. Didn't set a bootable disk.
 - Is working in Physics, playing with Supermicro server.

Fresher Rep's Report

 - Absent.
 - Didn't bring ice-cream.
 - Freshers probably aren't happy.

Loft Progress Report
--------------------
 - Proposal is almost complete, and will be sent after this meeting.
 - Waiting on contact from Cam Barnes about an unknown "update".
   - We may need to go through tenancy committee, resulting in only one trip
     to Guild council.
 - No news from Sturt.

OCM Reports
--------------------

 - is in Busselton.
 - Would like to speak strongly in favor of Andrew Steely for door. He is
   around the clubroom a lot, and I know from speaking to him that he'll be
   around the clubroom even more over holidays. He is a long time member and is
   trustworthy. He has been a gatekeeper for Unigames for at least 2 years.
 - I have prepared a Poster Board for O-Day.
   - I found 2 sheets of Formcore.

   - as you can see I made a Unigames one also.
   - What things should be added to the UCC one?
     - We're unsure about these at the moment.

[GOZ]
 - We have Camp Leschenaultia!
   - Reserved for the 19th to the 22nd July 2013 (nights of 19th, 20th, 21st,
     out by 10:00am on the 22nd as per usual).
   - We need to mail off the form ASAP.
 - Artemis was fantastic.

Machine Technical Reports

Servers
 - Mussel and heathred have not yet crashed.
 - Started installing debian on medico.

Network
 - We have one.
 - No DHCP issues at LAN, but it's still not fixed.
 - Coconut has been unplugged and removed from Rancid.

Desktops
 - Mostly work. Same old issues.

New equipment
 - TimTams! All gone.

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
 - We have many drinks, but low on snacks.
 - We really need bin bags, but not from IGA.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
 - No mail.
 - Still no guild, and no SOC.

Action Items

   - Not done.
 - [DTK] to get the Artemis LAN nightpass from the Guild.

General Business
----------------
 - [AMS] for door. LOLDOG was thorough and received no response from the door
   group. [SLX] moves that we add [AMS] to door, [TPG] seconds. Unanimous.
   - [EDO] to endoorify [AMS].

 - It is decided that we will wait until after deposit is paid for publication
   of camp dates.
