President's Report
------------------
 - Recieved an email from the Politics club about a "data basing" project
   > Oh, and suggesting some sort of talk/panel about digital issues with Sen. Scott Ludlam
 - Did some dispense colouring on Wed.
 - Has been very lazy otherwise
 - Hears that the MegaLAN organisation is going well

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
 - We might have a MegaLAN, maybe.
 - Hasn't done anything.
 - Puppy, still.
 - Results are out. Results may vary to those shown.
 - Will poke ComSSA (Curtin) and CASSA (ECU) about the MegaLAN.

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - We have money: $2089.55 in guild, $905.64 Westpac.
   - Expecting Semester grant from guild, soon.
 - Needs to pay [ASH] for laptop, and we need to sign a change of adminstrator
   form for Business Online.

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - Has been working on some MegaLan stuff (later).
   - Spoke to Trinix, they said no to any sponsorship.

Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
 - Organising console gaming for MegaLAN, unlocking characters.
   - We might need screens.
   - Will be leaving the LAN at some stage overnight.

OCM Reports
--------------------
 - Apparently we don't have them.

Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers
 - Martello won't boot - this isn't really a problem except for trs80 who
   wants the crontabs.
Network
 - Quantum tunneling will provide the MegaLAN network. Ignore the cable out
   the window.
 - We've had blips - probably university level problems.
Desktops
 - Porcupine's NFS is fixed thanks to [BOB]. Ubuntu upgrades changed fstab
   defaults.
New equipment

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
 - Snacks are very low, drinks are fine.
   - We will need snack for the LAN.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
 - No mail. Checked by [DTK] a few times.
 - No news from guild or SOC.

Old Action Items
----------------
 - [EDO] to do all the financial he has neglected and post the results.
   - Did the stuff, hasn't posted to list. See above.
   - [BOB] changed an account over to a lower fee account. Hopefully nothing
     gets screwed.
 - [TJB] to be added to coke and do MegaLAN sales through dispense.
   - Done by [TPG]. Will be undone after MegaLAN.
 - [ASH] to purchase a trial clubroom laptop.
   - Subject to getting money from UCC, this will be done.
 - Other MegaLAN tasks:
   - [TPG] to bring the mini-fridge. Eskies also required.
   - Power boards - need many. [EDO] and [DTK] to bring.
   - Power cords - [DTK] to bring.
   - [JAB], [SLX] to bring Wiis.
     - All need to be done on the day.
   - [TJB] - Posters at sponsoring shops.
     - Posters made, but we don't have sponsors.

General Business

 - MegaLAN:
   - Notify Broadway pizza of impending large order, and ask for sponsorships
     in return for advertising.
     - [SLX] to do this tomorrow.
   - Bring the whiteboard down.
 - Roles for the MegaLAN:
   - Door troll, network admins and techs, seating arrangers, sales staff,
     tournament organisers, door member in each room.
