President's Report
------------------
- Had a meeting with CSSC regarding their hosting and the relationship between the two clubs
- See report from [ASH] regarding this
- Manduba is really heavy, it's in the loft at the moment
  - Need to properly retire it.
  - [NTU] mentions that it might be worth decommissioning musundo also
- Next week's committee meeting will be in the tav

Vice-President's Report

- Woo Mollitz is in place and sooo much smaller than Manduba, good work [BOB]
  and [DAA].
- Should probably do some study
- Prof Comp sucks
- Yay Albany on Thursday

Treasurer's Report

- CSSC paid $25 for custardrum fror this year, renabled
- Balances:
  - Guild = $1341.85
  - Westpac = $571.38
  - Dispense Liability = $1700.80
  - Term Deposit = $50,504.79
  - Cash Reserve = $0.49

Fresher Rep's Report

Machine Technical Reports

Servers
- Manduba retired from the Faculty of Arts
- Mollitz installed in its place, all working, but the backups still need to be set up
- Our decserver that ran the door is unresponsive. This has been retired, and the door modem connected directly to Merlo
- [BOB] rewired the snack cable splitter so we don't need crossover adapters for the snack machine

Network
- [BOB] is fairly sure that we still have one.

Desktops
- Our Linux machines suck, we need better ones
  - [BOB] to investigate new machines and cost
- Can we get some decent screens and a box to support it and get a ticker going again?
  - [RVS] states that the ticker wasn't too advanced.
  - General discussion occurs on whether this would be useful.
  - Wasn't too much support without something to use on them right away
  - [MRD] sends an email to ask for interest

New equipment
- None.

Drinks and Snacks

- [DAA] did a snack run
  - [LOL] motions to reimburse [DAA] $470.81 for snack run, [BOB] seconds.
  - Unanimous.
- General drinks needed, solo, Orange flavoured drinks, vanilla coke
  - Coles in Claremont has coke for 66c a can

Mail, Guild and SOC

- SOC meeting tomorrow evening.
  - [SZM] to attend
- [MRD] working on event management plan for the camp.

    Motion passed.
- [NTU] asks if PLUG can have a meeting in the loft, on September 13th (is a
  Tuesday).
  - All good, we'll book for them.
- [BOB] we need to encourage people to join camp tickets.
  - Idea of having only the first 24 tickets at $80, the rest at normal price.
- [BOB] has someone who wants to buy the two 1GB sticks of laptop RAM
  - $40 for both. [LOL] seconds. All for.
- [VOX] mentions Charity Vigil. Most likely will be first weekend of the study
  break.
  - UCC will need to organise the LAN. [TPG] to be the UCC contact.
