President's Report
------------------
- Submitted Lion Nathan grant forms to finance office and SOC Pres
  - Total camp cost approximately $6,350
  - Asked for $1,500 in grants
- Spent a long time on the phone to the ATO. Apparently I'm able to sign the forms as an office bearer

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
- Event Management Plan is going well, have a risk matrix setup
  - Need this signed off by Jono @ Guild before we promote
- Quote for cabling was pricey
  - Going to get ODG to look at it for us
- Secured awesome gear from Apache Energy (see committee/hwc@)
  - [BOB] has a (concerning) plan to rewire it
- Waiting to hear from NetApp on the FAS2020
- Ergh semester goes back soon

Treasurer's Report

- [ASH] did some things to convert VMs, but it didn't work. Will try harder.

Network
- Found out why maaxen was stealing all the DHCP addresses and fixed by [DAA].

Desktops
- [BOB] still complaining about linux machines.
  - [BOB] to cost up new machines
- [BOB] caused a circuit to drop by repairing the rework station with the
  rework station itself. Yo dawg...

New equipment
- [DJA] would like to report the new foam that we have. (No, it's not
  important, it's packing foam)

Drinks and Snacks

- We need coke.

Mail, Guild and SOC

- Nothing to report.

Action Items
------------
- [BOB] to purchase new can crusher.
  - Not done.
- [CJS] to organise My Little Marathon event
  - Not done, formal warning given again.
- [BOB] to pick date for next year's UCC camp
  - Date is March 30, 2012
  - The week before study break
  - Costs $450 to book, will wait a few weeks to book.

General Business

- [BOB] Open day and club carnival are approaching, we need to sort out volunteers, posters, forms, etc.
  - [CJS] to organise open day event
  - [DJA] to design flyer
  - [BOB] to organise club carnival
- [BOB] still need to organise a common seal
  - We are not a zoo (hurr hurr...).
  - [LOL] to investigate seal costs for various kinds
- Quiz Night is happening second Thursday of semester.
- We need some vacuum cleaner bags before the cleanup
  - [SZM] to buy new bags
