President's Report

- Secured EFTPOS machine for O'Day
- Statutes committee meeting on 25th January
- Plans for O'Day progressing

Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Need more donations for new martello please!
  - Email newmartello@ucc with how much they would like to donate.
- $753.03 in guild account
- Westpac balance is about $328.

Secretary's Report

- Nothing to report.


Fresher Rep's Report

- Freshers are happy.


Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- Martello and Mussel upgraded to squeeze.
- Mooneye into hardware of old Murjan.
- Full details on the tech list.

Network:
- UCC may soon have single-mode fiber.
- Unifi access point soon coming to the building.

Desktops:
- Red is working.

New Equipment:
- Projector, thanks to [TRS] for obtaining it from Christchurch.


Drinks and Snacks

- Need cheap coke and vanilla coke!


Mail, Guild and SOC

- Guild council have approved our incorporation.
- Statutes committee meeting next week.
- Tom has written a letter to security requesting a key on a permenant basis.

General Business

- [BOB] disks for martello
  - Disks are more expensive than expected, as priced up disks were 5,400rpm
  - Need more money for better disks.
  - Extra $550 for disks
    - [BOB] moving to spending this, [CJS] seconds.
    - Unanimous.
- [BOB] Extra $130 for heatsinks
  - [DJA] moves to buy these, [CJS] seconds.
  - Unanimous.
- [BOB] buy 2 logitech m100 mice from msy for $12 each (one for combtail, one for red)
  - [DJA] seconds.

- [BOB] purchase 2 Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboards from msy for $45 each (one for combtail, one for catfish, catfish kb goes to red)
  - [CJS] seconds.

- [BOB] wants money for 2 keyboards at $30 each.

- [BOB] need to purchase a replacement SCSI disk for mylah
