President's Report

- Nothing to report.


Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
- Apologies for unexpected absence last week.
- Wound up ProgComp, distributed $75 of prizes and other monies and thank you
  gifts for those that helped out.
  - Sadly only two people entered


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Balance $2,779.74 in Guild.
- Turns out last year we payed three bills twice, so we got some money back.
- Cleanup went well, thanks to all that showed up.
- Constitution is coming along well.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Nothing to report.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- Freshers are happy.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- Madako went down. Power supply died.
- Robotnik died, again.

Network:
- Went down with Madako.

Desktops:
- Two thin terms are working well.
- A machine with a dumb name has been replaced by two machines with even
  dumber names.
  - Chaenopsis has been replaced by Crenicara and Caeruleus.
  - Canaves is in the corridor.
  - Now sound works and windows logins on thin terms.


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- We need snacks, maybe.
- We need vanilla coke and V Black.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- Thanks to SOC for helping with cleanup and organising it.

  - Will organise closer to the Christmas closure date.

    - [LOL] seconds. Unanimous.
