President's Report
------------------
- Had lunch with MTL to discuss UCC cabling. Considering sending a letter to
  Panduit to see if they will provide us with the materials for rewiring. Also
  convered covered requirements for rewiring. [MRD] to email tech@ with full
  details.
- Quiz Night was successful. Had ~140 people.
- LAN this weekend. You should all come!
- We have one week left of semester. Panic!


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- $2682.04 is the balance
- Money coming in at the moment, few bills.
- Insurance - things were assessed last week. All of the big things are on the
  list to get covered by insurance.
  - Next step is getting quotes. [BOB] will setup a wiki page and send an
    email asking for help.
- Snack run was had.
- Quiz night was good.
- Account locking is progressing.

[DJA] arrives.

Vice-President's Report

- Had a quiz night. Winning is good.
- Had online round of CodeJam. UCC members failed pretty hard.
- Overloading sucks. [LOL] seconds.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Checked mail. There was none.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- Freshers are happy.
- No-one has replied back to the welcome email. This is a good thing, as only
  asked for replies if people don't want to be on the list.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- We have them.
- The SAN from ITS is full rack height. We are picking it up anyway. [MRD]
  will be taking a look at it tomorrow.
- Meimei is still being worked on. Discussion was had on its purpose, no real
  outcome reached.

Network:
- We have one.
- Clearwing got restarted a few times last week, having DHCP issues.
- Will get working on UCCSec working over the break.

Desktops:
- We have them.
- Mice and Keyboards were purchases. Mice are on order as MSY did not have
  them.


New Equipment:
- Nothing new apart from Mice and Keyboard.

Misc:
- Haiku alpha 2
  Was release a while ago
  Maybe good OS


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- [BOB] went on a snack run. Many delicious snacks were obtained for the
  machines.
  - "If something is a bit tight in the slot, we can't fill the slot all the
    way". [BOB]'s advice for filling the "snack machine".


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- There was no mail.
- No news from SOC.


Action Items
------------
- [TPG], [YES], [ODF], [BOB] to organise lan.
  - Email has gone out. Nightpass has been obtained. Networking should be ok.
    Need to source chairs and tables. Slightly smaller scale lan.


General Business
----------------
- [BOB] reimburse me $299.65 for a snack run
  - [LOL] seconds. Unanimous.
