President's Report
------------------
- Quiz Night tickets still available, email quiz@ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au
- Quiz Night is still on May 20th at 7:00pm
- LAN on May 29th still happening, [BOB] will email the list about this
- SGM tonight, be there!
- Complaint was lodged against [BOB] by [FEL], the committee is disappointed
  by the immaturity shown by both members. This will be the one and only
  warning given to both members. Nothing further will be discussed on this
  issue either by [MRD] and the committee.


Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
- Had CodeJam. Was good. Congrats to [LOL] for getting the highest known score
  from UCC members. Thanks to committee for funding drinks and snacks.
- Is a very average torts student.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Hates maths.
- About half way through working out account locking.
- Insurance is progressing.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Checked mail (by proxy). We have a bill.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- Absent.
- Freshers are falling off chairs.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- We have them.
- Blade from ITS. Idea to replace manduba.

Network:
- Lorenzo had a bad case of amnesia. We are currently unsure why the config
  got wiped.
- Everything moved to the new switch, named Coconut.
- ITS downtime occured, but it was not for a long period of time.

Desktops:
- Characid has been setup. Thanks again to [SJY].
- New screens finally out in the clubroom.
- Chaenopsas and Pinball are working.

New Equipment:
- None.
- [DAA] to investigate some new mac hardware.


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- We need to do a coke and snack run.
- Please keep on the lookout for cheap coke and bulk V-Black.
- Cheap chips are also good.
- And Peanut M&Ms. This is very important.
- [NTU] volunteers to go on a coke/snack run.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- We got a bill!

General Business
----------------
- [BOB] motion to make prothoss wait at least 15 minutes after the meeting to
  email the minutes
  - [LOL] says "My bad, sorry guys".
- [FEL] UCC to purchase new conduit for upgrade of the ethernet cabling in
  UCC, Mitch to donate ethernet cabling, 6 Metre lenghs are ~$10 Each, Would
  need about 6 of these
  - Needs to be discussed on tech@, [MRD] to email about this.
- [BOB] modify account locking policy to not affect web hosting
  - This is not the case. Only <username>.ucc.asn.au/ gets blocked. Can still
    be accessed by www.ucc.asn.au/~<username>.
- [TPG] speaking of locking, I think it's time to send out the unpaid account
  emails
  - [BOB] has already been organising this.
- [BOB] reimburse for screen locking cables
  - Cost was $119.85
  - Seconded by [LOL],  unanimous
- [DJA] (formally) reimburse [DJA] for CodeJam expenses.
  - $23.84. Covered under $200 a week consumables. Has been reimbursed
    already.

Current Action Items
