President's Report

- Written up a potential SOE for clubroom machines, its on the wiki

Vice-President's Report

- Cleaned up hall outside clubroom
- Clubroom approaching need of cleanup

Treasurer's Report

- $3750.97
- $400 of bills in mail
- Billed people for last month

Secretary's Report
------------------
- Team got 2nd in Darkzone National tournament
- Lost purse so have no student card -> cant check mail

Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- We have them
- One of the driver rays is back online, thanks [TRS]

Network:
- Same old same old

Desktops:
- Nothing new
- Colmarta's RAM went missing but was later found on the project bench
- Plan for new desktops:
	- paying about $3200 to replace all the windows machines
	- looking at E8400, 2GB RAM, 9800GT and 500GB HDD
	- too much for the club to put into desktops?
	- club put in $1200, call for $2000 in donations
	- possibility of a fund raising BBQ
