President's Report:
 - achoooowwwbbbbbb (bless you)
 - paid the Yacht Club
 - dinner did not make us a profit, but this is by design
 - the LAN happened (attendance was small)

Vice President's report:
 - absent

Treasurer's Report:
 - in transit, HQ
 - we have $1872,97 with no outstanding liabilities
 - dinner was paid
 - phone was paid
 - aarnet was paid
 - has $50 in his hand, there is also some money in the cashbox
 - appendix is better

Secretary's Report:
 - we got a postcard from Comrade (who around at the moment)
 - we got an offer to purchase T3 shares (for Dr ACC Murphy)
 - editing minutes after the fact is illegal and unethical

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - oversaw the LAN, little to oversea, peaked at 6 people

Machines:
 - we have them
 - snack machine is broken, slots don't rotate
 - peter joans has sent us a couple of javastations and a server
 - things have been remarkably stable
 - GMB took his Radeon back
 - apparently iiNet is selling computers with flat screen monitors, $100

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - restocked the machine, not that anyone can get it
