VP's Report: - Not too much - Charity Vigil coming up, check for powerboards - Lacking in powerboards and extension cords - If anyone leaves stupidly unsafe electrical stuff about it's going in the bin Treasurers Report: - ~$1300 in cash from the dinner - Dinner cost ~$1500 - Assuming we get the full amount back as Swan Grant, dinner will be profitable Secretary: - Apologies - TRS/RME checked mail, two invoices - Internet, PABX Drinks and Snacks: - RME thinks a drinks run is due for about next week - TRS wants more drink variety, not just Coke - Snack machine needs it's terminal server rebooted Machines: - We have them! - Fileserver - $1780 in pledges (about half) - Well on the way to reaching target - Hope to have it sorted by next week - Got a new motherboard for Cybium - DVD burner actually works in Cobbler, God looks kindly upon the UCC General Business: - UCC Camp - It's all booked! - Need to convince people to attend - Books - We should get our books online somehow - Possibly via UniSFAs Koha - Noise problems - There has been a No Noise Policy suggested - "It's not the Study Room of Quietness" - Headphones should be used for PCs RPS Arrives - RPS has had several complains about the general noise level in the room - Remind people of disruptive behaviour policy of Door - The yelling of people playing games is disruptive - Any disruption to the room, including yelling is considered disruptive behaviour and is covered by the door policy.
