Nothing much to report. Treasurer's Report: - Bank run, we have $5610 in the bank (without 1st sem grant) Minus $1000 for the new router. - Got some drinks to last (not particularly great price) - iLan turned a small profit. About 25 people turnout - Next iLan July 2 2005. Terracon is that week again (was the only weekend available). Will try and get a bigger turnout. Secretary: - Noone's checked the letterbox much. Perhaps a few bills (couple hundred dollars pending, traffic etc) Machines: - We have some - DVD burning on cybium is broken. Will swap DVD drive (on cybium) with caddy thing (currently in cobbler). - Disk space in cobbler? Will get new small(ish) disk for cobbler. Matt will fetch from somewhere. - Noone should ever take the network cable out of Arctic (NIS goes unhappy). - With the new router, waix via flying works right. Drinks/Snacks: - Shouldn't get snacks until snack-machine is reliably working. - Drinks are right for the moment. General Business: - Chris Bobridge says we should get a new printer. (Thomas's supposed printer hasn't eventuated - someone to followup, it could be pricey to maintain too). Matt to post to list about which printers look useful - should probably be networked etc. - Too hasslesome to set up proper print accounting, just make sure we poke people who don't dispense for printing. - Airport Express - we have $110 in pledges (student price is $195), 1/2 of the cost. Matt will get from nextbyte or digilife or somewhere. - UCC Dinner: Not full-formal. $30ish a head we're looking at probably as a reasonable amount. Function room type place. - Midnight to dawn zone3 - the one was meant to happen in the holidays, didn't. UniSFA are having War of the Ring(s?) soon, so perhaps later? - UCC Camp - Need to book for 26-28th Nov. Need to get turnout - James Cox has invited ECU people as well. There are no weddings on then this year. - Hold the programming competition over UCC Camp as well (also open to other entrants) - 24hourish time. - Anyone with suggestions for other things/events/whatever for UCC Camp - tell people (ie committee [says Brad]) about them. - James Cox suggests 31st July for UCC Lan. Sounds good. James to modify existing posters etc. Meeting closed 1:44
