Opened 6:09pm

President:

- O-day went well, AGM happened
- Freshers' welcome was successful, ~30 freshers attended
- UCCLAN went well

V-P:

- Rearranged room, benchspace has been cleared for use
- The club should buy more hardware
- THO delivered a new machine to replace mooneye, thanks to ECF and THO

Tres:

- $3400 bank balance, before power refit costs
- Did O-day claims and budget
- Swan grants due, will apply for quiz night

Sec:

- No correspondence

Drinks:

- Need more drinks, and chips
- Rats have been at boxes of chips above the machineroom

Machines:

- We have them

Door/Cleanup: - Clubroom junk needs to go to Shenton Park, incl. stuff which
                  was moved for the fire inspection
                - Cleanup scheduled for 6 April, noon, NRR to email ucc list
                - Door group meeting will be scheduled at the same time
                - General policy for door group will be that members must
                  assist with cleanups
                - Mirrorball removal, how to do it? NRR will get details

Drinks/snacks run:
                - FAL run, NTU and MSH will go, $400 max, don't need too many
                  chips/choc, need bin liners.
                - Rats need to be dealt with

Tenancy Agreement Meeting:
                - AHC went, 2 changes to the tenancy agreement: Room checks, 
                  and office bearers to be responsible for rooms
                - SOC don't know how/who/why Cameron Hall was being cleaned
                - Cleaners will clean twice a semester, so bins will have to
                  be emptied. Cleaners won't go to the loft
                - Security cameras may be against uni policy? Probably not an
                  issue
                - SOC admitted that it was Manics' fault for the fire callout
				- New tenancy agreement to be signed pending checking changes

Door nomination for David Thackaberry
           - Not at meeting, should turn up to the cleanup

Future Events:
           - UCCLAN 2, scheduled for 27 April, TRS suggests to move to the 1st
             weekend in May (to avoid JAFWA), decided to keep as is
             Need to get a night pass and book the loft
             TRS to organise

           - Quiz Night, 16 May
             Would like to hold at the tav, TRS to apply for a swan grant
             AGM to organise

           - Beer and Pizza Night, 26 July
             Need to organise liquor permit
             MSH to organise

           - 28th dinner - 23 Aug
             AHC to organise

           - UCCLAN 3, DAG to organise

           - Programming Comp
             Questions: 3 of them, can use various machines?
             Night pass required

PCM enquired about joining door/wheel/coke
           - for door, turn up to cleanup

Bin roster needed, NRR to roster door group members

Projects:
           - AHC is interested in getting a PS2 with dev software etc, for
             coding, not just gaming
           - MJH suggests more embedded hardware, AHC suggests TINIs, will
             bring some to the club for people to play with. Possible
             use with coke and snack machines

OSX to be bought for Nautilus, $75 with UCS buy
