President's Report

Meeting open: 6:27

Went to Soc. Talked to Guild President and Soc President, they aren't 
particularly worried about the clubroom. Rumours of badness were unfounded.
We need to talk to Tim Lee about this.

Did stuff. Did lots of stuff :)

Treasurer:

Secretary's Report:

Correspondence: phone bill for $23.10
                some acknowledgements of paid bills
		various spam - some useful spam from OFM about liquor licenses

Machine reports:

We have machines.

General business:

o O'Day printing: Anil gives paper to Grahame. Action: Grahame will photocopy.
o mirrorball missing still. Anil send a theft report form to Security. Issue
  has been raised with the Guild, nothing happening.

Machines:

o Comdek CPU order confirmed; they are fairly slow. Action: Grahame to follow up
o Need to grab:
  o 2 CDROM or DVD drives
  o 2 Hard Disks
  o 2 Cases
  o 2 Keyboards
  o 2 Floppy Drives
  o 2 FA310TX Tulip Cards (Grahame gives Nick $50 for a Tulip)

Quiz Night:
 o Grahame still needs to do round. Fryers has done some quiznight stuff.

 o Grahame will collect pledges: Grahame, James Bromberger, NTU, Ben, Bryden
