Presidents Report
  Nothing to report.

Vice Presidents Report
  Banner quote was sent to the committee list. No comments where made.
  Three designs have been proposed. The committee approves a combination of
  two designs. \Melissa\ will let organise the banner.

  The Liquor licence for 10/03/2000 and 17/03/2000 have been approved.

  Details of the Guild Internet Cafe are yet to be drawn up.

Treasurers Report
  \bers\ is absent.

  Guild Banking has provided a transaction statement for the entire of 1999.

  \Melissa\ has found a mistake in the cheque drawn for baloons for the 
  anniversary. The amount on the cheque is $80 rather than $40.

Correspondence Report
  Bank Statements from the Guild arrived.
  Aarnet bill for $96.70.

  Eight Guild Ball Photographs have also arrived. One photograph is from
  another club. \Melissa\ will arrange to have this corrected.

Machine Report
  Our new copies of NeXTstep have arrived.

Paintballing
  Paintballing is being organised for March. There is a $20 deposit for
  each person, and an extra $35 to be paid on the day.
  Equipment and lunch will included. There is a maximum of 100 people.

  Committee discussed the 1 April as a potential date.

Meeting Times and Lifts
  Grahame is unavailable for 6:00, unless people are willing to provide lifts.
  Committee will make arrangements for Grahame to attend.

Food and Drink Stocks
  The 1999 FAL card is missing.
  \Melissa\ will arrange purchasing food for the vending machine.

Ethernet Cards
  The club requires three 100Mb ethernet cards. They're $65 including tax
  from simline.com.au. They're Netgear FA 3/10, Tulip 100Mb cards.

  Committee approves the purchase.

Mice
  The club also requires two three button mice. \Grahame\ will email the
  list looking for things.

Room Clean
  Required before orientation day. Various dates have been arranged, with
  announcements to follow.
