President's Report:
  President made presidential decisions to purchase.

  President has a rent inspection tomorrow.

Vice-President's Report:
  Vice-President has written an invoice for iiNet which [DES] said was not
  right and said he would write out another.  We still don't have the money
  from iiNet.

Treasurer's Report:
  Treasurer is absent.

Machine Report:
  Moray is slow.  Wheel are investigating solutions.

  We have had delivered an 8-port switch and 8-port hub.

General Business:
  Do we want to order the 8-port switch D-Link (with free 8-port hub)?  Voted
  and passed.

  Do we want to buy the 4-port hub to loan Mustang in return for the 24-port
  hub, and plan to officially give to him when it becomes legal (since it is
  ex-tax we cannot just give it to him as he and we cannot sell it for some
  period of time, possibly 2 years)?  Voted and passed.

  Keys - [GMB] wants a machine room key, this will be arranged.

  [TDH] arrives.

  StarOffice - agreed to buy 2 copies, one for the G3, one for Mussel.

  Guild Busy Bee - Sunday.  [MEL] and [GMB] will be here at least.  It is at
  11am or so.  [MEL] hopes to do the thankyou letters for 25th and the camp
  stuff.

  The camp.  Cost is $7 per night per person, 3 nights.  [MEL] thinks everyone
  should pay $30 (including lunch and dinner) and UCC should contribute to any
  further costs.  Vegans can pay full cost and bring their own food.

  Cruickshank-Routley dinner - about $55 per head if booked by tables (8 to 10
  person tables).  [MEL] believes that committee members tickets should be
  subsidized.  [MJH] states that committee positions are volunteer positions
  and as such shouldn't be treated specially.  [YAK] suggests we should
  subsidize all tickets by some small amount (such as $10).

  [YAK] proposes we subscribe to Dr Dobb's Journal.  [TDH] suggests we get
  binders for the magazines before we do this.  [MEL] also needs to do
  something about New Scientist.

  [SAM] attempts to resign.  No-one wants a genral meeting.  [SAM] comments
  that everything she does fails.  [MJH] proposes a motion of no confidence in
  [SAM].  [SAM] seconds it.  Everyone else ignores it.

  FAL, Coke and Jolt runs need to be done.

  Approve [SAF] to spend money for console switch box.

  [DES] arrives, and [MEL] and [DES] argue over the the invoice for the 25th
  money from iiNet.  [MEL] and [MJH] argue about the details of invoices.

  [BEN] comments there are still no fire extinguishers.
