[MEL] is trying to get a donation machine for the secure server. General business: Clean-up has been scheduled Monday 21st June. [MEL] suggests free pizza for attendees. Agreed (with objection from [NTU]). We will try and co-ordinate with other clubs. Discussion of a potential UCC camp. Potential location: Dwellingup (Trinity's campsite). Door group - last week's new members should be made to fill in forms. Keys - we shall start charging a $5 deposit for keys except as required for positions (eg, treasurer's cashbox key). If people lose a key they lose the deposit and potentially pay for any costs (eg, lock replacement). Key register shall be kept up to date with an e-mail list for changes.
