President's report:
  President is avoiding study (ie playing with OpenGL).
  The other SGIs should be here next week hopefully.
  Cleanup needs to be discussed.

Vice President's report:
  President believes (25th donation):
    New Scientest donating 100 magazines plus a year's subscription.
    $100 from HarvestRoad.

Treasurer's report:
  Banked $327.55, around $139.95 from vending machine.
  About $2800 in bank including significant money for 25th.
  Budget submitted.  Soc council suggested 15% payout ratio.
  Capital vs ongoing expenses distinction in grants is back (YAY!).

Vice President's report (again):
  25th donated: scanner from Winthrop.  $50 from STA plus voucher.  Plus above

  in her life.

Machine reports:
  mussel is alive as a single Celeron 375MHz.

  [MEL] is trying to get a donation machine for the secure server.

General business:
  Clean-up has been scheduled Monday 21st June.  [MEL] suggests free pizza for
  attendees.  Agreed (with objection from [NTU]).  We will try and co-ordinate
  with other clubs.

  Discussion of a potential UCC camp.  Potential location: Dwellingup
  (Trinity's campsite).

  Pre-cleanup on Sunday 20th of June.  12 noon.  Taking stuff to Shenton Park.

  Soc council report.  Future liquor permits must be in very early (about 4
  weeks).  All on-campus events must be finished by midnight (not sure if this
  includes unlicensed ones but definitely need explicit permission).  Soc
  council will be sending out a bulletin in future.  Next meeting 19th July.

  We need to put the tower guild logo on our web site.

  Door group - last week's new members should be made to fill in forms.

  Keys - we shall start charging a $5 deposit for keys except as required for
  positions (eg, treasurer's cashbox key).  If people lose a key they lose
  the deposit and potentially pay for any costs (eg, lock replacement).  Key
  register shall be kept up to date with an e-mail list for changes.
