President's report:
    President has been working on web-site, e-mailed Brian Gow re: pizza,
    room allocation, plans to talk to someone about a new logo.  Also looked
    at club survey.

    [MEL] arrives.

Vice-President's report:
    More hotels were looked at for 25th, Rydges looks very good, perhaps
    Duxton.  Been to Zoo, Matilda Bay, Sherraton.  Still waiting on some
    info.

    PAC gave us $180 for speakers coming to our Friday night discussion nights,
    beer and pizza night and 25th anniversary.

Treasurers report:
    $689.95 in this week - memberships, coke, etc.  Very good.

    [MTL] doesn't arrive.

    Balance $3438.04.

    axolotl has been set up by [MTL].
    moray software is upgraded and happy.

General business:
    Celeron: waiting for quotes.  We want ASUS.  Possibly U2W Barracuda 9Gb.

    Vending machine keys.  [MTL], [YAK], [NTU].  Proposed that [MEL], [NRR],
    [NTU] have them.  Decided that [MTL], [NTU] and [NRR] have them.

    We will try to get the key register from Simone.

    Clubroom - we need to clean up the hallway.  [YAK] got e-mail from Kristy,
    he replied by e-mail and [MEL] talked to her.  Also discussed the
    possibility of UCC helping people with web training.

    We need to remove things from places outside the clubroom.

    25th - website.  The UCC website needs colour.  The 25th website should be
    in colour too.  UCC 25th website needs to be done by June and include a
    secure form for booking online.  Maybe a guestbook.

    Video conferencing at 25th.  We should look at it (including looking at
    protocols to use).  Maybe vic/vat/etc or CuSeeMe or something else.

    FAL run - [MTL] [NRR] [MEL] will go on a FAL run.
