REPORTS

o President
   - Has been climbing. Will do stuff this week.

o Vice President
   - Will look into printing soon

o Treasurer
   - Aarnet traffic bill $148.68 to be paid.
   - Owe NTU ~ $500 for snacks and drinks.
   - Savings account has about $500. 
   - We are going to have severe problems funding OUDay
   - Breaking the term deposit now means that if we get to this point
     again, we are going to be majorly screwed. 
   - Term deposit has been automatically renewed for 6 months. Need
     another signatoryUs signature to close the term deposit. 
   - Written letter re club room allocations. TDH will sign the letter
     instead since he knows Emmanuel Hondros personally.

o Machines
   - The Mac is running rhapsody again.
   - TDH and YAK will eventually put NIS on marlin
   - The working BeBox should be set up RSN
   - Ben moved the IRC server to Mako

GENERAL BUSINESS

o O'Day
   - PGW will write letteres requesting sponsorship (discounts, freebies)
   - Webpages need to be updated. YAK will do this in Feb.
   - TDH has redone the spiel for the pizzabox. 
   - SGC commented that the pizzabox stuff had already been done by this 
     time last year, and we havenUt heard anything about it this year. 
   - YAK tried to phone Emmanuel (9386 8636) to find out what was 
     happening; left a message for him to call back.
   - Companies to hassle for sponsorship

   - PGW still needs to email to see if we can get it fixed	
   - Need to ask for donations after that

o UCC History
   - nothing to do with committee
   - should be interesting
