Reports:
	President
	- Monitor for G3 back
	- Someone talking to him about G3
	- PLUG had their meeting in the clubroom on Monday which went well
	  and may become a permanent fixture
	- Leon Brooks (PLUG contact) has taken 2 monitors on extended loan
	- (added later) Emailed the person needed to fix the Be but he has
	  not responded

	Treasurer
	- Banked $50 this week
	- Balance now around $507
	- Bills:
	  - Phone $71.90 including 7 STD calls
	  - Line rental of $40.00
	  - Lecture Theatre for Mac talk $15.00
	  - Aarnet Traffic - $131.00
	  - Alastair Irvine $130 for Coke and $208 for Jolt
	  - Nick's Snack Run of $264.67
	  - Cabling $46.50 (paid)
	  - Splitters (T-pieces) $27.80 (paid)
	- Money for a Syquest Drive and Java Book have been donated by
	  [PGW]
	
	Machines
	- 2 BSD boxes up - goblin & grue
	- 2 VAXen up running VMS - noddy and ????

	- mib got reinstalled
	- G3 now has Rhapsody on it.  Rhapsody is very broken and [PGW]
	  and [DTA] are trying to fix it.
	- [DGC] removed all accounts which were locked and not 1998 members
	- [DGC] I will on Friday or Saturday, lock all accounts of people
	  who are are not 1998 members which were not locked
	- Merman has been reinstalled though it has buggered itself

General Business:

	Clean Up
	- on Saturday the 4th
	- Terracon is on that weekend but [PGW] didn't mind

	An Education Magazine
	- Approached [PGW] about advertising in an upcoming issue
	- We don't have the money

	Java Talk
	- [PGW] lost email for Sun contact - we need another
	- 24th of July agreed as a good day
	- HP/UX tech that [PGW] met is another talk possibility

	Paul Rapicholi
	- [PGW] suggested we give him membership because he got the VAXes
	  running
	- Passed without dissent

	Nick Rohrlach for Door/Coke
	- Passed without dissent

	Keys
	- Luyer still has keys unnecessarily
	- [PGW] to ask for them back
	- [NTU] suggested that we should look at a new set of standardised
	  keys

	Security Guard Incident

-- [DGC] and [BCF] leave for in camera
-- In camera not published

	- [NRR] to send email stating:
	  1. Mustang's account of events was not first hand and may not be
	     entirely accurate
	  2. An account of events will be going to the guild according to
	     the two people present
