	- 85 Seat Lecture Theatre Available for Speakers Night
	- $2000 worth of pledges for G3 Thus far.

	- CGI Not Done as promised, doing lots of other stuff.

	Treasurer
	- Balance: $3242.35
	- Includes $25 from [JPB]
	- Aarnet Traffic Bill Paid - they were impressed with promptness	
	- Balance does not include upcoming Coke Run, $100 cheque not
	  cashed by [SAF] or the cheque for $527.10 to [NTU]
	- [ECF] still owes $200 from CRO Pledge

	- Tower, 17" Demo AV Monitor plus 4MB VRAM and 96MB RAM Total
          $4115

	- Desktop with same spec as tower (minus AV of course)

	- [SGC] Asked what the G3 was for?
		- Club Magazine
		- A/V Stuff
		- Posters, etc..
		- Good GFX stuff for web pages etc..

	- [YAK] spoke for Tower - A/V stuff is really cool, worht $1200
	- [SAF] spoke for Tower - Desktop cases are horrible
	

-- [SD:] Arrives

	- [SGC] spoke for Desktop - It's cheaper, It won't put us on $0
	- [PGW] suggested 32MB of RAM to lower cost

	Motion to buy G3
	- Put by [PGW]
	- Tower System with additional 4MB of VRAM and the Demo 17" A/v
	  Monitor to be bought in 2 Weeks.
	- Seconded by [YAK]
	- Carried.

	Speakers
	- [YAK] to do Poster
	- [PGW] has got confirmation from Apple
	- [AJW] asked that some ex UCCans speak in the future about why
	  UCC is will help you.

	Profile Raising
	- Swan said people still don't know who or where UCC are.
	- [SGC] said she and [DGC] put up lots of posters in the past.
	- Posters for upcoming events will be done soon.

-- [MJD] Arrives

	Games Night
	- Friday after Easter
	- Swan suggested people walk aorund selling refreshments as
	  members are to often too lazy to go downstairs.
	- [PGW] will ask about other games (apart from Quake2)
	- [PGW] will ask for extended security pass.
	- Swan suggested paid for competition with prizes
	- [NRR] is happy to run a competition for competition's sake (no
	  fee, no prizes)
	- [SGC] will organise other board games to be played
