- Probably the last committee meeting for this committee
  - Never mind, will plan for the meeting, will attempt to rock up
- AGM Emails have gone out
  - People have started nominating for positions
  - People should email their nominations to exec@ucc.asn.au

- Nothing to report
- Tech talk to be confirmed tonight
- Intro to prog to be run by someone
  - Also to be confirmed

- Facebook events are up for Fresher Welcome and AGM
  - AGM now a social event apparently

- Lots of interest in League of Legends
  - League 5s teams to be organised tomorrow or the day after

      - mustash man: also play dirty bomb

- Backups are having issues now
  - (not backing up for like a month straight)

- Fresher Welcome
  - Email sent out to all Freshers about the event
  - Big Props to [LDA] for making sure it got out

- AGM
  - Email went out last Tuesday
  - Have recieved some nominations
  - Anyone else wishing to nominate should do so by Friday Lunch as nominations will be published Friday afternoon
    - Despite this you may still nominate yourself at any point before the
      AGM, or even at the point when nominations are being listed
  - Send your nominations to exec@ucc.asn.au

- Tech Talk / Pizza Night
  - Week 3, Friday the 18th (5PM)
  - Need to confirm speaker

- Fresher LAN
  - Sat 26th March (Easter Weekend)
  - Now known as Freaster (Fresher Easter) LAN
  - EMP draft has been done
    - Will be submitted after this meeting

##Action Items
- [BG3] to look into sponsorship
  - Have decided to put this off until after policies are done
  - Will be consulting with newmittee when they are elected

- [BG3] to investigate not-for-profit status
  - Trying to find some time, and some one to have a good chat with about this
  - Will be starting with the Guild first

- [BG3] to rewrite policies with [SAS]
  - Have a pre-draft version of the membership and dispense policies
  - Will publish draft copies when they are ready
  - Will be consulting with newmittee when they are elected

##General Business
- sk0pe: Web app for dispense is broken, entering a valid username and password reloads page with no error message, has been double checked with Alfred.
  - [BG3]: Had a look into this. ExecCGI had been disabled and needed to be explicitely enabled for the directories that web dispense runs from.
    - Have re-enabled this and tested that web dispense is now working

- sk0pe: Desktops related, combtail and Cockgrunter are still kind of slow to load.  
  - Would recommend updating to Win 10 if network can be figured out as is not as demanding as Win 7 or 8 and is more efficient with file handling.  
  - I think it would be valid to also use Microsoft Account if absolutely required as OS is built on this feature and users should know how to use this.  
  - However should be able to make local accounts.  
  - As an aside 2 factor authentication for UCC account would be cool but I literally don't know how this is implemented or how difficult/costly it would be, 
    - would work on it if someone with experience wants to do this.

  - Windows 10 doesn't play nicely with SAMBA (logon protocol), not  willing
    to commit more PCs to Windows 10
  - Two factor authentication is hella cool, email tech@ to start a conversation

- Purchase of two new computers
  - [BG3]: Pinball and Cockgrunter likely candidates for replacement
    - One machine maybe moved into the new billboard, investigation pending

- [TPG]: Door members, if you see someone unplug a network cable warn them
  - If they do it again, door them
    - Also more network cables to be set up one day
