##President's Report
- Here in spirit
- Tried to fix Westpac
  - They told me to come back Tuesday
  - Delegated to [JDN] at the last minute because I am the worst person and he is better than me
    - [JDN] is soon an admin for Westpac online banking

##Education Report

- is sick
- Emailed CS about running an extra help session for CS students
  - No reply yet
  - To be held in last week of semester some time. Thursday?
- Interest in intro prog seems to have died a bit
  - Need more advertising?
    - Invite people earlier on Facebook

- Pizza video night went well
- Arts Union president is being contacted about subsidising ReLAN for Life
  - Looks like it'll be held in August
    - Perhaps week 2 of semester
- RFLan still waiting on a response
- [HTL]: Freedom LAN is free, also coming up and advertised
  - July 4th
- Mask making for Cameron Hall Not Ball tomorrow at 5:00 PM

##Treasurer's Report
- Went to SOC Meeting
  - It went for 15 minutes
- Money:
  - $5160 in Westpac
  - $120 on Card
  - $305 in Guild
- Also [JDN] is sick
- Went to Westpac today
  - Forms have been filled out to be Westpac online banking admin
  - Soon to be financial overlord

- Nothing to report

##Fresher Rep's Report
- League of Legends ranked team
  - A game happen, we won, it was good
  - Better organisation is neccesary in future, at least one player was busy
  - Also looking for a shoutcaster
- Maybe organise a Hearthstone tournament soon?
- Half way during the Pizza night the last person on door had to leave
  - Will apply for door soon

##Machine Technical Reports
###Servers
- ComSSA have a server set up in the machine room
  - Wheel has access to it
  - [BG3] is managing their firewall
  - An email has gone to tech@ about this
- Maaxen was rebooted some time during the week
  - Looks like it was because of a Visio install or Windows Updates

###Network
- Wireless monitoring is up
  - Some people not authing with the wireless
    - Some of them have been emailed
  - So far reported wireless issue happened when people were synced at low speeds
  - Will try to set up some alerting and more logging to try diagnose issue
  - Less dropouts since UCC's access point has been replaced

###Desktops
- Clownfish has constant graphical errors, basically needs
  a restart after every use
  - [HTL] to investigate issues with Clownfish
- Windows machines are degrading fairly quickly, log in times are looong

##New equipment
- Has been thrown out

##Drinks and Snacks
- Treasure has been sick
- Both a snack and drink runs need doing

- SOC Meeting
  - Guild wants to know what hurdles there are to making well attended events
    - For a report to the VC about the decline of campus cuilture
    - VC wants the campus to be "stickier"
      - Basically have more people around 8AM to 8 PM
        - UCC is doing its part
  - Can submit announcements for Guild's weekly spam email
    - All of our events pretty much minus pizza nights should be in there
  - Sem 1 Grants are due 2015-05-29
    - 10 days yo
  - Sem 2 Special Projects Grant submissions due 2015-07-31
    - First week back
  - Flatbed trolleys are now available for moving gear around campus
    - Possibly useful for LANs
  - Next meeting 2015-08-12

- MITS had an AGM today

- OBF and Finance forms have been changed
  - Due to a new dashboard, everyone on Exec can get into this
  - Exec to look around

- ACS Young IT Speed Networking Event
  - Wednesday 27th May, 5:30 to 7:30 at Deloitte in the city
  - Would normally cost non-ACS members $20, but [BG3] can get people in for free
  - Refreshments included

- Pizza Night
  - Happened, see Fresher Report

- Cameron Hall Tav Party
  - Mask making tomorrow in the loft, 5 PM
  - Actual event is this Friday, 7:30 PM
  - Tickets are back down to $20 to encourage attendance 
  - Anyone who paid more should ask to be refunded the difference

- FREEDOM LAN
  - LAN is officially free for paid members
    - Freedom isn't free, but it is worth fighting for
  - 4th of July for you commies that can't remember

- Camp
  - Shouuuuld be approved by Friday
    - Should be
  - A final meeting needs to be held about it
    - After that we can advertise for it

- ReLAN for Life
  - Arts Union has put a Google Doc to organise event

- [BG3]: "Newsletter" with events
  - A single post to pin on Facebook, rather than all of them fighting for it

  - Quote remains as per last week, $250 for 1 room, $500 for 2 (both)

- Committee investigating additional Windows machine
  - Cockgrunter will be temporarily replaced but may be kept
  - [JDN] to look into specific vendors
  - Basically at the point where the machines can be reccomended to committe
    for consideration
- [BG3] to purchase of some (a heap) of reference posters to hang up

- [SAS]: UCC Branding Update
  - Spoke to graphic designer about feedback on designs
  - She'll get back to us with a bunch of ideas
  - Will simultaneously be more:

    - Socially-y
  
- Facebook page has been recreated for UCC
  - Will be upkept alongside UCC Facebook Group
  - Basically a more publically accessible Facebook page
  - Several UCC committee and wheel members will be admin'd for this
    - [BG3] to bring UCC Facebook page up to scrach

- [BG3]: Purchase Stuff for camptenna
  - 2x clamps
    - Should be same ones currently holding it up
    - ~$10 each from bunnings
    - [BG3] Needs his back
  - Would like to investigate guide wire for camptenna this year
    - In case of strong winds
    - Will return with price estimate next meeting
  - Would like an IP Camera for camptenna
    - Stream the fire!
      - Better explanation: Make two sweet timelapses on camp, one inside and
        one outside
    - [BG3] will return with a bettt
  - Some gear to make camptenna PoE (Power over Ethernet)
    - Approx Cost: $20
  - [BG3] moves that committee budgets $70 for the purchase of camptenna
    upgrades including clamps, guide wire and PoE capability
