President's Report
------------------
 - Too hot, tired.
 - O-Day went well!
   - We cooked tasty bacon!
 - Some freshers joined! Some of them twice.

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
 - Semester again! Welcome back! It is still hot.
 - I've been trying to break desktops.
   - Caballera now has Scientific Linux.
   - In the process of setting up Steam on linux machines, thanks [GOZ].
   - Fedora is broken on Cichlid.
 - Work has begun on new print server as a VM on Medico.
 - RPis arrived! Huzzah. Now to port Keen!

Treasurer's Report

 - We Have Money
   - $1322.22 in Westpac
   - $879.45 in Guild
   - $2233.45 in Safe
 - We made $975 in revenue from O-Day
 - Going to transfer safe money to Westpac over the next few days
   - Last time we moved this much money at once in cash it went missing
   - I want to avoid this happening again
 - We have new hardware, this has not been approved yet and so cannot be
   reimbursed.

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - Wrote a PHP application in 72 hours last week - not a lot of sleep!
 - Yay freshers.

Fresher Rep's Report

 - Lots of freshers!
 - May have sent an email to freshers. May have left their addresses in the To
   field. Oops.
 - O-Day forms - I didn't realise I needed to sign them. Sorry guys.
 - We should notify the freshers of the AGM in advance. Give them a chance to
   show up by choice.
 - Freshers SHOULD be happy!

OCM Reports

[*OX]
 - In lots of pain due to CUPS and printers. But hey, progress.
 - Probably more, but whatever. Painkillers and pain, yay.

[M12]
 - Nothing to report.

[GOZ]
 - We have 129 members, 79 are first timers.
 - Sent an email to book the tav for the Quiz Night. Forgot to CC to
   committee@, will forward it.

Machine Technical Reports

Servers
 - New print server VM is in progress, name is in contention.

Network
 - More complaints about wireless - not all Windows related.
   - Related to security certificates, DHCP, and possibly other issues.
   - Needs ongoing work.

Desktops
 - Catfish had RAM issues, replaced RAM. Now works!
   [DTK] moves that [TPG] be reimbursed $45.90 for Catfish's RAM. [SLX]
   seconds, unanimous.
 - Caballera now runs Scientific Linux 6.3. It's essentially old Redhat.
 - Fedora and Windows are both damaged on Cichlid.

New equipment
 - Freshers? Burnt computer case?

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
 - Sales are good! Out of Kole beer, on to Pasito.
 - Plenty of stock. Many snacks.

 - [BOB] wants to give notice of upcoming Coke machine expenditure: $95 of fans
   $35 of laser cut brackets, $10 of fasteners and $25 of connectors.
   - Background: Coke machine had fan failures.
   - [SLX] moves that we approve $200 for coke machine repairs at this time.
     [GOZ] seconds, unanimous.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
 - Received Raspberry Pis, and Google Adwords promo credit.
 - We had a visit from the SOC president and the Tenancy chair, and from Dan
   Stone the Guild enviro officer.

Action Items
------------
 - [EDO] to start preparing a financial report and budget for the year.
   - Not yet done.
 - [GOZ] to begin organising Quiz Night, particularly sponsors.
   - Has been pencilled in, but no response from Tav yet.
 - [EDO] to investigate laptop security cable.
   - In progress.
 - [M12] to talk to Laura Smith about Golden Ticket participation.
   - Done. Miscommunication means we're participating, UniGames and Unisfa
     aren't, so we can't really give them Quiz Night tickets - instead it will
     be a MegaLAN ticket.
 - [TPG] and [*OX] to order Raspberry Pis.
   - Done, arrived and Debianned.
   - [*OX] will send an email to those who bought them, they are in the
     Machine Room awaiting collections, and will order Pies for the hacking
     event.
   - Total cost was $603.24, to be reimbursed to [TPG].

General Business
----------------
 - Fresher welcome pizza
   - We need to approve half a pizza per fresher from Domino's for fresher
     welcome. [EDO] moves that we approve this, [DTK], unanimous.

 - [SAS] booked the loft for fresher welcome and LAN.

 - Banner arrived! Worked well. It came with ropes, total cost $214.50.
   It was displayed at the WikiLeaks seminar and at O-Day.
