President's Report
------------------
- O'Day is this friday!
- We have an EFTPOS machine.
- Old members welcome to renew now.
- Fresher welcome first Friday of semester.
  - First time members get free pizza.
- Tuesday 8th March we have AGM.


Vice-President's Report

- Thanks to [MRD] and [BOB] for painting the stairwell
- Thanks to [BOB] and [DJA] for the pretty posters.
  - Thanks to Dylan Huen for making the poster.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Current Balances are:
  - Guild: $847.82
  - Westpac $68.55
  - Westpac Cash Reserve: $500.00
- Thanks to all who donated for motsugo.
- Bills have been paid, three phone bills.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Nothing to report.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- Freshers are happy.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- Motsugo is running well.
  - Better go catch it.
- Email servers have been moved, check
  http://www.ucc.asn.au/services/email.ucc for more details.

Network:
- Doesn't work so well when half of a core switch dies.
  - UWA core switch went down about 0715 22/02/2011
  - Problems should be fixed now.
- UCC secure wireless working again, thanks to [TRS] for walking [MRD]
  through problems.

Desktops:
- [JCF] made pinball work better.
  - Ubunutu has been upgraded.

New Equipment:
- Nothing.


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- Will need to buy new snacks and drinks once machines are empty.
- Need vanilla coke.
- Coles were running a special on some drinks? Apparently.
- [MRD] got coke, $240 worth.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- New SOC Committee is competent, we got minutes from the last meeting!
- Bills in mail, that was about it.
- Also got a Circuit Cellar magazines.


Action Items
------------
- [MRD]/[BOB] to work on sponsorships / partnerships for UCC
  - In progress. 
- [DJA] to send email to door list with what is expected
  - In actual progress.
- [BOB] to continue with membership stickers
  - Done! Total is $44 for 368 stickers. 


General Business
----------------
- [DJA] new extension cords (2 broken ones thrown out at cleanup)
  - [MRD] moves to spend $30 on the two new cables, [LOL] seconds, unanimous.
- [DJA] new cable shears (existing ones do not cut well)
  - No-one seconds.
- [BOB] new screen for red
  - At least 22"
  - [MRD] motions to spend $180 for a screen for Red
  - [LOL] seconds. Unanimous.
- [BOB]/[TPG] to send email to ucc@ with information on the new dispense
  system.
- We got a letter from the Department of Commerce (DOC)
  - Our constitution was not approved by the DOC due to not meeting some
    aspects of the act.
  - No changes need to be made on the actual running of the club, just a few
    technical changes to the constitution.
  - [DJA] to email ucc@ with constitution issues and proposed fixes.
  - Will look to have changes made at the AGM.
  - DOC will not be seeking any further fees.

- Could people please come help out at O'Day this Friday!
