President's Report

- Zanchey should be banned from adjusting the firewall while away from Perth.


Vice-President's Report

- Overloading sucks.
- Losing prog-comp data sucks.
- Working on prog-comp.
- Didn't attend LAN, but hoped it was fun.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Apologies to [DJA] for munting Murjan.
- Balance about the same.
- LAN was mostly enjoyed, went reasonably well.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Checked mail, we received a bill, a membership form, and five piece of spam
  from Luna Cinema.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- Freshers are happy (apart from being sad at MegaLan being cancelled).
- Are liking "fishcat".


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- Murjan got upgraded, thanks to [BOB].

Network:
- Thanks to Zanchey, we have tested our network recovery skills, twice!

Desktops:
- We a new SunBlade 2000. Installed OpenBSD soley because it supports the
  graphics card.

New Equipment:
- Obtained a new printer, named Phosphorus.
  - 4 months worth of print queue tried to print when it was plugged in.


Drinks and Snacks

- [ODF] and [BOB] went on a coke run.
- [MRD] went on a snack run.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- We have mail!
- SOC meeting on the 18th. 


General Business

- [MRD] : Reimburse [BOB] $201.00 for Coke run
  - [LOL] seconds, unanimous.
- [MRD] : Reimburse [BOB] $13.60 for new drillbit
  - [DJA] seconds, unanimous.
- [MRD] : Reimburse [MRD] $124.90 for older Coke run
  - [CJS] seconds, unanimous.
- [MRD] : Clarify and update door policy
  - Wording is a bit vague.
  - Committee feels that it comes down to the interpretation by committee.
- [DJA] : [YES] for door
  - [DJA] says this is subject to a reasonable set of answers to LOLDOG.
  - [ODF] seconds, unanimous.
- [CHI] : Application for Door Group
  - Was removed from door for not sending apologies to the last cleanup.
  - [MRD] motions to accept [CHI] to door subject to passing the LOLDOG.
    [CJS] seconds, unanimous.
- [ODF] : Application for coke.
  - Sent answers to LOLCAT to coke list.
  - [LOL] seconds, unanimous.
