President's Report
------------------
- Quiz Night tickets now on sale, Unisfa has some - see Lauren, or see [MRD]
- SGM next week, agenda will be sent out on Friday.
- UCC Talks. First one was held last week. Another one will be held this
  Friday. If you wish to hold your own talk, add yourself to the wiki.
- Monday at the Movies will be happening week after next.

Treasurer's Report

- We have money. $2680.29
- Got SOC grant of $166. Deemed "exciting".


Secretary's Report

- Other people have been checking the mail, job has been stolen.


Fresher Rep's Report

- Freshers are happy.
- Going to wait until semester 2 before sending out an email. (Rest of
  committee suggests this should be sent out now!)


Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- Troppo needs new power supply, but has been donated to us. Thanks to Jacques Chester.

Network:
- Villa went down. Killed our link for a bit, but everything is back now.

Desktops:
- [JCF] upgraded humback from brown to purple.


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- [TPG] went on snack run.
- Have plenty of drinks and snacks at the moment.
- We have no spare coke. Reminder, less than 55c a can for coke, less than 35c
  a can for non-coke should be purchased as much as possible.
- Thanks to [TPG] we now have sensible snack logging, see ~coke/snacklog 

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- SOC grant arrived.
- SOC meeting occured. SOC website still coming 'soon'.
- Still waiting on passwords from Westpac, also coming 'soon'.


Action Items

General Business
----------------
- Reimburse [TPG] $55.51 for snack run
  - Falls under the $200 a week of expenses. In future, when people do coke
    runs, please just see [BOB].
