Treasurer's Report ------------------ - Quoted balance from Guild Finance is $2991, thanks [MRD]. - We have two PABX bills and one Resnet bill: - Resnet: $82.50, - PABX in September: $22.83, - PABX in October: $22.28. - [SJY] to pay bills. Secretary's Report ------------------ - Checked the mail a couple of times in the last two weeks. - There was mail that [SJY] has mentioned. - Membership form and a cheque for $25 from Rob Slaughter. Fresher Rep's Report -------------------- - Exams (effectively) over. Hooray! Also, Halo is fun. - Now looking towards next year - e.g. t-shirts, fresher guide. Machine Technical Reports ------------------------- Servers: - This weekend there will be downtime, see mailing list for details. - /home is being resized. - Anonymous CVS checkout is broken. New Equipment: - There's an enormous and useless kiosk, 'pinball', sitting in the clubroom. - Used to be in centrelink. Drinks and Snacks ----------------- - [MRD] bought some drinks and snacks, the coke machine was filled again.
