President's Report
------------------
- My hectic week is over so I'll do stuff for the club next week!


Vice-President's Report

- I'm actually here!
- Trying to plan stuff for UCCTalk, but getting stone-walled by venues.
- Payed some bills.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Checked mail.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- Freshers are happy.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- [CJS] has set up mudcat so he can forkbomb that rather than mussel.

Network:
- The Ubuntu port appears to now be permanently occupied by the VOIP phone, this is not ideal.

Desktops:
- [VIX] will be bringing in some old desktops.

Appliances:
- The monitor on sidderrog has been replaced with one that does not suck.

New Equipment:
- We have a large box of old games donated from Daniel Santaro.
 - This box contains NetMech which means no matter how lame everything else in the box is, it's still awesome.


Drinks and Snacks

- Nothing to report.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- We have some mail.
 - A couple of bills.
  - PABX for $22.28.
  - Renet for $82.50.
 - A postcard from Bernard Blackham addressed to ACC Murphy, we'll be sure to pass it on.
- Next SOC meeting is still TBA.


Action Items
------------
- [CJS] to notify users with unpaid accounts about the impending account lock.
 - Just need to check that nobody in the list has an Honorary Life Membership.
 - In progress.
- [DAA] to follow up Cameron Hall renovation plans, with [LOL] and Amber from UniSFA.
 - [M12] just spoke to Teesh, who further comfirmed the Guild's plans to renovate Cameron Hall.
- [RVS] to report on Charity Vigil.
 - Meetings are being held on Mondays at 10am, come to Unigames at this time if you want to attend.
 - Date for the Charity Vigil is September 4.
 - We're looking at charities doing research into depression or supporting people suffering depression as targets for the Charity Vigil.
 - Need other members from UCC to act as door trolls.
  - [M12] immediately volunteers.
 - Need to find some items to donate for the raffle.
  - Preferably "club neutral" as there will be people from various clubs at the Charity Vigil entering the raffle.
  - [M12] can donate a Crumpler bag.
  - If anyone else has anything to donate to the raffle, please email secretary@ucc.asn.au.
- [M12] to go on snacks run.
 - Will go on Monday.
- [DAA] to come up with an actual plan with a venue for the dinner.
 - Not done.
- [SJY] to follow up payment of $30 to [SJH].
 - No report.
- [DAA] to follow up creation of account for bonz.
 - Done.

General Business
----------------
- [VOX] : Dooring of Camden McMahon (dog0).
 - Camden threw a can from the loft at the bin in UCC which narrowly missed [VOX]' head.
 - Vox then doored Camden until the next committee meeting.
 - This was clearly dangerous, and Camden promises not to do it again.
 - [RVS] moves to undoor Camden, [DAA] seconds, all for.


Camden McMahon leaves.


- [IVO] : Starcraft 2 has been pushed back.
 - [IVO] moves to condemn these actions by Blizzard, [DAA] seconds, 5 for, 1 against.


[VOX] leaves.


- [RVS] : UWA Open Day
 - Open day was a couple of weeks ago.
 - A lot of prospective students were around at this time, but Cameron Hall wasn't even open.
 - Next year we should organise some advertisments, or at least make sure the Clubroom is open.
