President's Report:
 - Am now better, don't get sick, it sucks
 - Clubroom starting to look messy again
 - Went to tenancy, not SOC
 - Arrived 10 minutes before finished for CH cleanup
 - Acquired network cards from TRS
 - Did Banking, $100 in from Zone, $850 out for unpaid bills

Vice-President's Report:
 - Spoke to guild about network upgrade ("Installing Fibre")
 - Obtained lots and lots of Ethernet (They work!), still waiting on two
thirds

Treasurer's Report:
 - JCF fills in, "WE HAVE MONEY!"

Secretary's Report:
 - mail is being collected in the Guild Student Centre pending new mailboxes
 - new mailboxes are not ready, probably stoners are to blame
 - we had a whole stack of bills to pay
 - Davyd sucks at using calendaring software

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - Freshers are happy

Jeff Report:
 - Probably final Jeff report
 - Agree's with committee's decision, has been horribly slack this year
 - States he should have resigned last semester
 - Even if not a dis, will resign as of now
 - Had lumps on elbows, now gone

Drinks and Snacks:
 - We have them
 - Woolworth's Subi has cheap coke + slightly cheap solo flavours
 - Sam bought us some paper

Machine Reports
 - We have More
 - DAA and TRS picked up a whole bunch of Suns from School of Population
Health
 - Only wanted sunfire
 - Rest is pretty much useless
 - Wireless has been flaky, fault of the access point

Correspondence:
 - Accounts have been locked for unpaid
 - Accounts locked that shouldn't have been unlocked
 - Money in Pay-Pal, should get out soon-ish

Action Items:
 - CHZ to manage programming competition... not done.
 - PXY to email LA... not done.
 - DAA to set up web page for polo shirts... not done.
 - TRS to investigate prices for Xen box... unknown, may not have been told.
 - SJC SJC to get 15x keys cut, with 3x originals... Don't know

General Business:
 - UCC Dinner
    - Proposed to have it same place as last year
    - Maybe not a big dinner, as there will be CH Ball, restaurant may be
better
    - It's out 21st in hex
    - People to come up with restaurant ideas for next week

Treasurer's Report
 - Soc Meeting on Tuesday
    - Guild would like part for working party on club policy and key policy
        - LAW will go
 - Some bills were paid
 - Mailbox keys should come soon
    - Ask from them at student center thing
 - Jeff has a little dude from Pac-Man
 - Caught up with Belinda, had though grant from 06 went through, still
hasn't happened, will happen very soon
 - Coke for ITS, we get lots of money
 - Local bank has a coin counter, still wants coins in bags

General Business
 - Matt says "Would it be worth covering machine room windows with foil?"
    - Can try if he likes
 - Tinfoil hats from committee members
    -JCF, SJC think it's a good idea
 - JFK will make a sign that says "You are being watched in this room"
