President's Report:
 - sick, again (cheers)
 - there has been some inappropriate behaviour in Cameron Hall
 - there have been some thefts in and around the clubroom, including the
   graphics cards out of those of the machines outside
 - also 512MB of RAM went missing out of a machine
 - if anyone has these, please return them, no questions will be asked
 - quiz night is coming along, UEN and JCF are writing questions, sponsorship
   is happening
 - tickets are in the machineroom, committee can sell them, sign them once you
   sell them
 - sponsorship letter has been written, please take letters somewhere, if you
   take the letters somewhere, please mail the list
 - TRS, MTL and I discussed some of the things we should be spending money on
   - there is a list on the wiki (MoneyMoneyMoney)
   - we should get a new PSU
 - set up VXN's as a replacement for Fennatar
 - we've a shipload of machines from computer angels coming in
 - tenancy meeting tomorrow with LAW (hot)

Vice President's Report:
 - ITS constantly want more coke, and we need to get on top of it before the
   Social Club muscle in on our turf
 - set up an IRC server on mussel, the conversation is remarkably low-brow

Treasurer's Report:
 - $4543.36
 - LCD monitors: 17" Acer available for under $230, 19" for under $270
   brand new
 - perhaps auctions
 - doing a run this afternoon if can find somewhere with cheap stuff
 - no bill for bright link yet

Secretary's Report:
 - done nothing but sit in a lab all week and simulate

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - freshers are happy
 - needs to change password

The Jeff Report:
 - sleep schedule is now in order
 - should be here from now on
 - there is a population in Sam's pants
 - now accepting donations

Machine Reports:
 - we have them (mostly)

 - password strengths have been checked, some are lacking
 - mostly been covered

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - (now known as Beer'n'Peanuts, passed unanimously - or was it?)
