President's Report:
 - thanks to those who helped clean out Shenton Park
 - we're now out of Shenton Park
 - the Guild has been talking about getting some storage areas built
   where the Palm tree is
 - Cameron Hall got left open last night, the appropriate Door member has been
   spoken too
 - all web browsers are shit

Vice President's Report:
 - went to SOC
 - Storage space, if we want it, we should email Geoff
 - we should do that soon, they're going to look at setting aside space for
   clubs
 - we're finally getting T-shirts, everyone should buy one
 - assignments suck

Treasurer's Report:
 - Absent
 - From email:
    - we have snakes on a plane (lots)
    - need to install safe
    - need to bank (~$250)
    - > $2360

Secretary's Report:
 - Got T-shirts organised, everyone should buy one, have girl sizes
 - Only mail was a Guild statement
 - Statement has an entry for $400 withdrawn for "Posters", we can't find a
   withdrawl slip for it
 - has a lot of assignments to do

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - Frenchie is an alco
 - we have freshers
 - wrote a lovely little queue program for maroon

TRS arrives

Machines:
 - we have them (+ old ones)
 - and we have Murphy
 - mussel's eth0 seems to be "stuck" at about 500k, TRS suspects duplex issues

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - we have them

Action Items:
 - DAA NTU: to prepare and sell tape library (most likely on eBay)
    - Nope, we're loaning the tape drive back to ITS for a couple of weeks
 - DAA will read letter to Sun
    - Read it, modifications will come, film @ 11
 - PXY will organise website cleanup day
    - Too busy from now until after GUADEC
 - AHC to buy plastic boxes if he can get at least 10 for $150
    - Status unknown
 - DAA to organise Shenton Park key
