President's Report:
 - Penny is starting rumours about me again
 - UniSFA and UCC have approached Chubb security re: getting electronic door
   locks installed, price is prohibtive, will investigate other alternatives
 - Allied Health SMS Screen going ahead, 13th April, $200 for rent of SMS screen
 - UCC:Lan is organised, will be cleaning loft on Friday avo

Vice President's Report:
 - Thinkgeek send men into space
 - Freshers are still around, which is good
 - Pizza nights seem to be working quite well
 - Start looking at organising hardware and software nights this week or next
   week

MSH, SJH arrive

Treasurer's Report:
 - From email:
    - balances are still the same
    - has not done any banking

Secretary's Report:
 - No mail
 - Have pestered re:accounts, locking will happen soon
 - publicity has happened, posters on rotundas, entry in G-News, AgGu has not
   been published yet

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - Everyone is happy
 - First year is boring
 - Has missed countless lectures

Machines:
 - We have them
 - Cybium's disk keeps filling up, it has an 8G drive
 - CHZ will bring in some hard drives
 - We've had another request from ITS to shut down Trent's machine
 - TRS and GMB got the gig switch going, seems happy
 - maroon keeps dying
 - flying is now mostly working
 - airport is having issues, JCF will look at it

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - selling lots'n'lots of stuff
 - JCF is getting fatter
 - Perhaps we should try and get a drink fountain
 - We may need more snacks before the LAN

Fundraising:
 - CHZ has emailed Google re. Pizza Ambassador
 - also asked Google if they want to sponsor T-shirts
 - we might make money off the LAN
 - PXY will start working out how to talk to Sun
 - perhaps talk to the VC about funding for "student experience"

General Business:
 - Less People in Door: taking out omailes, thebmw, blkvls
    - PXY will mail them to let them know
 - GigE cards
    - We now have a lot of stuff on the GigE switch
    - mussel we have a card for
    - manbo needs an SFP
    - will defer other machines for now
 - T-shirts
    - we should chase up T-shirt sponsorship
    - PXY will look at getting shirt design shored up
    - people should email sponsorship stuff to the committee list before
      mailing them off
 - UCC Camp
    - UCC Camp posters - SJH suggests photo of Nick in the pool
    - GMB offers jugs of beer for excellent poster ideas
 - VoIP
    - GMB will be playing with VoIP stuff to make outgoing calls
