Meeting opened 5:20

President:
        - Club has been quiet over past few months since exams.
        - Dropped off sponsorship letter to Mothers, they probably want
          more benefits.
        - Went to SOC, they're going to do minor redevelopments to Cameron
          Hall (incl water fountain), said to put ventilation in.
        - Breakin over break when Uni supposedly locked down.
        - Security will no longer open Cameron Hall, Chas is getting key
          over weekend.
        
Vice President:
        - Can we change the time, since is working every arvo.
        - Friday 4:30 is good.

Treasurer:
        - $2500 in the bank, ~1 grand in cash

Secretary:
        - Nothing much UCC related.
        - MTL needs to be about more to explain evil door-modem-workings.
        - There's bills and stuff, the usual

Machines:
        - Network is crap at the moment, James blames the Accelar.
        - Will probably get a 2924 from people, but we need a router
          still, something which'll do 100mbit. 
        - Susie says we need motion sensors with the cameras so we take
          more pictures.
        - Also mounting at face level etc.
        - Samantha went away, is now eMac stand.
        - Piggery now has SSH again. Reinstall didn't fix graphics
          corruption.
        - Davyd fixed the machines webpage

Bers arrives
Coke/snack:
        - Current machine contents are out of date, need to get rid of.
        - We have coke, need to get more drinks
        - Nick and Matt getting drinks some time.
        - Snacks will wait until next week

General Business:

    Oday stuff:
        - Sponsorship letters are about, everyone should take some
        - Davyd has done first draft of Freshers' guide
        - Cleanup on 22nd Sunday, 1pm, James will send announce, get rid
          of stupid amounts of stuff.
        - UCC adduser script mostly works
        - SMS screen, should work, CD image is at Bernard's house.
        - Organising help on the stall, James to mail.
        - Coxy to do the membership card
        - Dates for events are OK, LANs probably need shifting
        - AGM to be Tues 16th March, 1-2pm
        - First UCCLan to be brought forward a week, 27/28th March.
        - Second UCCLan forward a week as well
        - 30th dinner - discuss time on committee@ucc
