Meeting opened at 6:15

President's Report:
	Been busy with non-UCC stuff.
	Failed to get JavaStations

VP's Report:
	oDay Party at Archdeacon St (hasn't been discussed)
	Apple AU have given us 2 iMacs, 1 iBook, G4 for internet cafe on Oday.
	Apple T-Shirts for cafe staff (they can keep them)
	Tibor has been really supportive.

	iiNet are lending us 3 (possibly 6) webterms + 1pc+hub on monday
	iiNet will pay for traffic.
	GR Services are doing the cabling.
	Dunc wants to route the traffic through one of the WAIX IP#s.
	iiNet offered us a reseller contract (easii connect)
		$29.95 - incl 20% markup.
	iinet stuff arrives on thurs (except for pc+hub on monday)

	Guild organised sponsorship deal with freeonline. The put up a banner 
	  advertisment. Its gone. They are thinking of moving their website.

Treasurer's Report:
	Need to clear up membership prices so he can do the form.
	Need logo and sponsorship for membership card.

Secretary's Report:
	Secretary isn't...

Machine Reports:
	The alpha is alive. Needs licencing breaking. Dunc has DEC license hammer.

General Business
	Membership forms: Bers and Melissa will sort out. Will discuss next week.
	Everyone except Altronics said "Yes" to discounds on card. In addition we've
	got a $25 discount voucher from rellim, and promo stuff from winthrop and
	popcorn
	Bryden's work (ex-swannet) will give us a couple of free accounts. 
	Additionally perhaps from free 1 month accounts.
	MTL's webmail:
		set up imapd running on mako. virtual imapd. it mostly works.
		needs fixing up.
		run it for a week.
		Gonna create real account though.
	Security cabling (from Joe@CS for about $10)
		Need Hasps (the metal loop things)
		Need Locks (keyed alike - perhaps)
		Lets deal with after O-Day
