Book Quotes

These are excerpts from books I've enjoyed and I recommend. They are often quotes that I have tried to relate to other people, but failed. After all, if the author did such a superb job of relating the subject that you actually felt it was worth remembering, how likely is it that you can condense the material and still retain the substance?

The quotes are here without permission- I'll remove them on request. However they are small quotes from large books, and I hope they encourage you to go out and read or buy the original.
