TLAs of UCC members

The UCC originally used TLAs for historical reasons - they were used to log in on operating systems that used Squoze (Radix 050 octal, 40 decimal) for encoding user IDs.

We now use TLAs to identify people in committee meeting or general meeting minutes. You can get a TLA by attending a committee or general meeting.
